After you've signed up through the website, you will be contacted via e-mail to book an appointment for the medical and psychological intake, and/or for any other questions we might have.

After these have taken place, and we've accepted you as a participant, you will receive a preparation document that contains exercises and questions that help you shape your intention, and some informative video's and recommended literature you can look into before or after the retreat.

You will also receive  an invoice for the retreat and for the individual preparation talk you will have with one of our psychologists before the retreat. Once your payment has been received, your spot will be secured, and you'll be contacted by one of our psychologists for the individual preparation talk before the retreat.

For the group retreats:

You'll be added to a WhatsApp group with the fellow participants of that specific retreat. This group will be used to communicate practicalities for the retreat, for instance carpooling. Afterwards it can be used to share thoughts, music, or other things.

After the retreat:

An appointment will be made with one of our psychologists two to three weeks after the retreat. Here you will have the opportunity to discuss what you've experienced during the retreat, any questions or insights you've had during and since then. This talk is not mandatory, and it doesn't have to be limited to one. This talk/these talks are therefore charged separately and are arranged upon your own initiative.
