Continuing The Process
We aim to enhance mind-body well-being for our psychedelic retreat participants through 1-day immersive gatherings in Brussegem, near Brussels. Our team engages you in breathwork, group discussions, embodiment practices, and a sauna + ice bath session. This collective approach complements traditional therapy, fostering process evolution and integration within a supportive community.
COMMUNITY
Over the years, many participants mentioned the importance of the group, the feeling of community, and the resonance with others. We want to nourish this sense of "Going through something, together" or "Growing Together" by giving our participants the possibility to reconnect, through more than just talking.
