Bodywork
Talking about what’s on your mind can bring relief, but sometimes we need to touch deeper layers—beyond what the mental or cognitive level can grasp. I invite you not just to reflect on your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, but to fully experience what is present. This may involve tuning into physical sensations, tapping into stagnant energy, breathwork, guided visualization, mindful movement, or hands-on bodywork. I always respect your boundaries while gently encouraging you to step out of your comfort zone.
