PERSONAL INFORMATION
The information we collect is your basic personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact details, and emergency contact information. Besides that we also ask for information about your mental and physical health. Your personal and health information is used solely for the purpose of providing a safe and supportive environment during the retreat.
Psychologists and therapists involved in the retreats adhere to strict confidentiality standards. They do not disclose any participant information outside of the Eremia team. Relevant information may be shared within the team only when necessary for the safety and well-being of the participants.
Please note that you have the full right to withhold certain personal information, however, please realize that in doing so this may impact our ability to provide you with the best possible experience during the retreat.
PHOTOGRAPHY
At the end of the retreat, a group photo will be taken for the purpose of capturing the shared experience. These photos will only be shared through the WhatsApp group of the participant cohort.
Sometimes (rarely) it happens that other pictures are taken to capture a special moment. Photos will never be posted online or on social media platforms if any participant in the pictures could be recognized. We respect your privacy and prioritize the confidentiality of your retreat experience.
