A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Eremia responds to the curiosity, but also the demand and cry for help from European residents who want to have the ability to go through a supervised psychedelic experience with a personal psychologist or therapist.

The Netherlands permit the use of some psychedelics (e.g. psilocybin truffels). Therefore, to facilitate these experiences in a legal way, we have chosen a peaceful location in the Netherlands and we will proceed in this way in anticipation of a legal framework for psychedelics in Belgium.

We do not make any promises or mental health claims.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INFORMATION DOCUMENT

Before your retreat you will receive our Information Document. Read this carefully as it contains important safety information which you might want to discuss during your intake/preparation talk(s). Before the retreat you will also have to sign our Release of Liability document. You will receive that document together with your preparation mail after your intake and once you've been accepted as a participant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

RETREATS

At eremia, we uphold transparency and fairness in all our interactions, including in the rare instance of cancellation from our side. Here's how we handle cancellations:

Cancellation from Our Side:
If, for any reason, we determine that you can no longer participate in the retreat, rest assured that the full amount paid will be refunded to you, with the deduction of intake and administration costs (€ 100).
If You Cancel Up to One Month Before the Beginning of the Retreat:
In the event that you choose to cancel your participation up to one month before the retreat's commencement, the full amount paid will be refunded to you, with the deduction of intake and administration costs (€ 100).
If You Cancel Between One Month and Two Weeks Before the Beginning of the Retreat:
Should you decide to cancel your participation within this timeframe, half of the amount paid will be refunded to you. This partial refund is due to the possibility that we may not be able to fill your spot at such short notice.
If You Cancel Less Than Two Weeks Before the Beginning of the Retreat:
Regrettably, if you cancel less than two weeks before the retreat's commencement, we will not be able to issue a refund. This is because it becomes increasingly challenging for us to fill your spot in such a limited timeframe.

CONSULTATIONS

At eremia, we understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs, requiring adjustments to your scheduled consultation with our team. To ensure transparency and clarity, we've outlined our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation by Our Team:

In the rare event that we need to cancel your consultation, rest assured that you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
No-Show:

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. Therefore, if you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the full amount paid will charged to you via invoice. This policy is in place because we reserve and allocate our time specifically for your appointment.
Cancellation or Rescheduling:
- Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, you will be eligible for a refund of half the amount.
- Conversely, if you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation by Our Team:

In the rare event that we need to cancel you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
No-Show:

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. Therefore, the full amount paid will be retained by us. This policy is in place because we reserve and allocate our time specifically for these gatherings.
Cancellation or Rescheduling:
- Should you need to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, you will be eligible for a refund of half the amount paid.
- Conversely, if you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
