ERĒMIA responds to the curiosity, but also the demand and cry for help from European residents who want to have the ability to go through a supervised psychedelic experience with a personal psychologist or therapist. 

 

The Netherlands permit the use of some psychedelics (e.g. psilocybin truffels).

We do not make any promises or mental health claims. 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INFORMATION DOCUMENT

Before your retreat you will receive our Information Document. Read this carefully as it contains important safety information which you might want to discuss during your intake/preparation talk(s). Before the retreat you will also have to sign our Release of Liability document. You will receive that document together with your preparation mail after you've been accepted as a participant. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

RETREATS

At ERĒMIA, we uphold transparency and fairness in all our interactions, including in the rare instance of cancellation from our side. Starting October 2025, for every confirmed registration for one of our retreats, a flat administrative fee of €30 will be charged. This fee covers the time and work spent on preparation, communication, and internal coordination between the therapists of the team in the run-up to the retreat. This fee is considered compensation for work already carried out and is therefore non-refundable in case of cancellation by the participant, regardless of the time of cancellation.
 

  • Cancellation from Our Side:
    If, for any reason, we determine before the retreat begins that you can no longer participate, rest assured that the full amount you have paid for the retreat, including the €30 administrative fee, will be refunded to you.
     

  • If You Cancel Up to One Month Before the Beginning of the Retreat:
    In the event that you choose to cancel your participation up to one month before the retreat's commencement, the full amount paid will be refunded to you, with the deduction of 
     

  • If You Cancel Between One Month and Two Weeks Before the Beginning of the Retreat:
    Should you decide to cancel your participation within this timeframe, half of the amount paid will be refunded to you. This partial refund is due to the possibility that we may not be able to fill your spot at such short notice.
     

  • If You Cancel Less Than Two Weeks Before the Beginning of the Retreat:
    Regrettably, if you cancel less than two weeks before the retreat's commencement, we will not be able to issue a refund. This is because it becomes increasingly challenging for us to fill your spot in such a limited timeframe.

Please note that if you postpone your participation to a later retreat date, the cancellation terms are based on the timing of your cancellation relative to your original retreat booking. In other words, the conditions in effect at the moment you first rescheduled will continue to apply, even if you later cancel your participation in the new retreat date.

CONSULTATIONS

At ERĒMIA, we understand that life can sometimes bring unexpected changes. To ensure transparency, we’ve outlined our consultation cancellation policy below:

  • Cancellation by Our Team:

    In the rare event that we need to cancel your consultation, you will, of course, receive a full refund of any amount already paid.
     

  • No-Show:

    Your time is valuable, and so is ours. If you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the full amount will be charged (or retained if already paid), as this time was reserved exclusively for you.
     

  • Cancellation or Rescheduling:
    You can cancel or reschedule your appointment directly via the confirmation email you received when booking. This email also contains the contact details of your therapist.

    • Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged half of the original amount. 

    • Conversely, if you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, you will not be charged with any costs, and in the case you've already paid for the session, you will receive a full refund. .

HOLDING SPACE & BREATHWORK

  • Cancellation from Our Side:
    If, for any reason, we determine that you can no longer participate in the session, rest assured that the full amount paid will be refunded to you.

    In the event that you choose to cancel your participation up to 2 weeks before, the full amount paid will be refunded to you. 
     

  • If You Cancel Between One and Two Weeks Before:
    Half of the paid amount will be refunded to you. This partial refund is due to the possibility that we may not be able to fill your spot at such short notice.
     

  • If You Cancel Less Than One Week Before:
    Regrettably, if you cancel less than one week before, we will not be able to issue a refund. This is because it becomes increasingly challenging for us to fill your spot in such a limited time frame.
