INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS

Before we can blossom, we must grow into the depth. And to grow into the depth, we sometimes need to clear the space from things that are unwanted. This is a process of grounding our minds (again) in our bodies to become aware of whatever is thereso we can reevaluate and create space for rooting and growth of what feels authentic.
The stories that guide us through life are built upon emotional layers of which we are not always conscious. As a clinical psychologist, my aim is to work through those stories – through the known – towards the unknown. So we learn to see and feel what it is that drives us to create

the possibility of redirection towards more autonomy.
