Drawing from narrative therapy and philosophy, I help you gain clarity, shift perspective and create new meaning where you feel stuck. My style is sincere, curious and often lighthearted — because I believe depth and humor can coexist.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email through which you can cancel or move your appointment up to 48 hours before our session. Sessions can take place in person or online, depending on what feels most comfortable and accessible for you.
