YOUR JOURNEY WITH US

Registration, Intake & Preparation

Embarking on a psychedelic journey, especially for the first time, can naturally bring a mix of curiosity, anticipation, and perhaps some doubts or fears. These feelings are a normal part of the process — even for those with prior experience.

With ERĒMIA, you’re not simply signing up for an experience; you’re committing to a transformative journey that extends far beyond the psychedelic session itself. Our three-stage process — Intake & Preparation, Experience, and Integration — ensures that you’re fully supported before, during, and after your journey.

Once you register, you’ll be asked to complete a short form that helps us understand your needs and intentions. Make sure you receive the confirmation email afterward — this means your registration was successful.

Within two weeks, you’ll be invited to book your Intake Session with one of our licensed therapists. This first conversation helps us understand what brings you to ERĒMIA — your motivations, expectations, and any fears you may hold. Together, we’ll explore your intentions and see whether an ERĒMIA experience is the right fit for you.

Sometimes, after the intake, your assigned therapist or our team might feel that a bit more information is needed before making a decision. In that case, you may be invited for an Extra Talk — a follow-up conversation meant to deepen our understanding. This talk can also be held with another therapist if we believe a second opinion would help us see things more clearly. We take this step to prioritize your safety and ensure that no decision is made in haste. In case of doubt, we’d rather double-check than simply say “no.”

After the intake process, one of four outcomes will be communicated to you by email:

  1. Good to go – with an obligatory preparation talk

  2. Good to go – with an optional preparation talk (for returning participants or those already well prepared)

  3. Invitation for an Extra Talk (if we need more information before making a final decision)

  4. No-go (if, for psychological or medical reasons, we believe participation wouldn’t be safe or appropriate at this time)

For those who are good to go, the Preparation Talk — whether required or optional — is to help you clarify your intentions and prepare mentally, emotionally, and practically for your retreat. We believe that one good hour of preparation equals ten hours of integration, and the quality of your preparation often determines the depth of your experience.

We no longer offer direct registration for specific retreat dates. Each person’s process unfolds in its own rhythm — and we want your preparation to guide the timing, not the other way around.

In the Good to go email you'll get the information to book your retreat date and payment. This way, we ensure your personal journey always takes precedence over planning.
